Keep track of the Chapter Important Numbers.
Some suggestions for these numbers are Chapter #, National organization phone number, Federal Id #, Sales Tax #, CPA # and address, Attorney # and address.
Add new numbers and maintain them.
1.) Simply enter in the name, address, or any specific notes you want to keep in mind.
2.) Enter in Contact number or a account number that you want to become permanent record for other Board members to access.
3.) Click ADD
To EDIT or DELETE:
1.) Choose which entry you would like to edit or delete
2.) Make corrections or additions and Click Modify
3.) Click Delete to remove the item from your list.
1.) Press Ctrl P
2.) Download Data to Xcel to Print, Email or Save to your computer.
